Find your faith level is dropping without onsite church services? We share with you some Instagram accounts to follow that will inject faith in you every day. Faith comes by hearing and hearing by the Word of God…and sometimes, also by reading encouraging posts.

FOMO, addiction, insecurity, narcissism—we have heard all these words used to describe social media. But not everything on Instagram is bad—now, let us share with you the good stuff.

We asked our friends what inspiring Christian accounts they follow on Instagram and which ones boost their faith with every post. Among the many gems our pool of friends have shared, we present to you the ones we like best.

Trash Your Bible

What an outrageous title, you might be thinking. You should be treating the sacred text with respect! Well, what they are encouraging here is for us to wear out our Bibles by reading it so often and thoroughly.

Who are they?
Encountering God through His Word is such a significant aspect of our spiritual walk. You could be a seasoned reader or only getting started. TYB guides you through Bible programs.

What do they post?
TYB might be all things Bible, and they don’t only post bible quotes all day. What we love about TYB is how they post about different aspects of God and His promises.

Daily Promise 12: God will provide! When the thing that your rely on most in the world is suddenly gone and you are not sure how the next bill is going to be paid or how you are going to keep food on the table it is easy for a sense of hopelessness to creep in but know today that you are in good hands. God has promised us that he will provide all our needs. From the big things to the little things he knows us and he knows exactly what we need. So maybe spend some time today chatting with God about your worries, your concerns and those things that you need. He does know already but sometimes we just need to know that he knows. #standinfaith #bethelight #godisbigger #dailyversestostandon #inhim #peace

LightWorkers

https://www.instagram.com/lightworkers/

There is beauty in this world, and this is where you can find it. LightWorkers celebrates the good all around us. If you find your day brightened, they have done their mission.

Who are they?
They aim to build a community of celebrating and sharing positivity.

What do they post?
You do not always need to talk about Christ to build positivity. You will find celebrations of the simple things in life. Or this perfect combination a baby with hands lifted as his mom worships.

Desiring God

https://www.instagram.com/desiringgod/

Christian hedonism is a term we do not encounter often. To put it simply, it is finding happiness in God’s glory. Hedonism, in itself, is about seeking pleasure, and @desiringgod puts it from a Christian perspective.

Who are they?
Desiring God is the title of a book written by John Piper, and later used this name for his ministry. The ministry is on a mission to help people find joy in pursuing God.

What do they post?
John Piper’s style is not your lovey-dovey pastoral vibe. The quotes you find in @desiringgod’s posts can be straightforward. At times, we’d even say rebuking.

But that is what makes it so different and why we follow this in our feed.

You are your truest you not when you are analyzing yourself or measuring yourself against someone else. You are your truest you when your eyes are fixed on Jesus. ⠀ Read more at desiringGod.org. Link in bio. ⠀ #desiringGod #JonBloom #Jesus

A consistent loving family environment can do wonders to a child. For Eileen (not her real name), the consistent love, support and encouragement from her foster family didn’t just lead to significant improvements in her studies but it also helped her to become more motivated and self-confident. You too can play a part in the transformation of lives. Watch the full video in our bio and DM us to find out more. #EveryLifeMatters #HeartbeatProject

Moral Revolution

https://www.instagram.com/moralrevolution/

Counterculture is the keyword here. Pastor Kong Hee shared with us this term back then. And this account shows what counterculture is.

Who are they?
Moral Revolution, a non-profit organization founded by Kris Vallotton, dreams of a generation living their healthiest life. They want to equip Christians—especially young people—in their views towards sexuality and morality.

What do they post?
They post inspiring prompts in your thought life. Statements you can act on to build your better self.

Some of us out there have never been in love or experienced it in a healthy way. Maybe we've been in a relationship where we thought it was love, but it turned out to be a false representation of that. One of the greatest ways to learn about love is through a relationship with Jesus! What are some ways that you have learned or shared the love of Jesus? #newtolove #jesusislove #healthylove #moralrevolution
