The 2011 highlight at Goodwood Park’s annual Durian Fiesta is the Mao Shan Power Puff, a mega-sized profiterole encasing pure mao shan wang durian pulp in light choux pastry. It’s only available from June 1 to 30, noon to 7 p.m. at the Deli only, at S$12.80 per piece.

Also available is the Durian Cappuccino Cake. With a golden yellow coating of vanilla sponge crumbs atop layers of rich cappuccino mousse, D24 pulp and chocolate sponge, it will make a perfect end to any meal. S$9 per slice (S$52 for whole cake).

All-time favorites available include the Durian Crepe, Durian Mousse Cake, Durian Puff and Durian Éclair, from S$5.20 per piece onwards. The Durian Fiesta ends July 17.

Ten percent from the sales of durian pastries during the school holiday season (up to June 26 as well as on Youth Day on July 1) will go to the Straits Times School Pocket Money Fund providing financial assistance to children from low-income families.

To order, visit the Deli at Goodwood Park Hotel from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. or call +65 6730 1786.
