Guest chefs De Tieu Trinh and Chef Hung Quoc Ha from PARKROYAL SAIGON will be cooking up some authentic Vietnamese fare for lovers of the cuisine at Plaza Brasserie’s buffet line. Relish signature dishes like Vietnamese Beef Noodles Soup, the particularly well-done Deep-Fried Spring Rolls and Pan-fried Flour Cake With Prawns And Scallop at the live cooking stations, alongside oyster omelettes as well as sushi and sashimi.

Whet the appetite on familiar appetizers such as the Green Mango And Dried Shrimp Salad, Bon Bon With Pork And Prawn Salad and Duck With Banana Flower Salad—each a melange of tang, spice and notes from the quintessential Asian kitchen.

At the hot varieties section, the Braised Duck With Young Bamboo Shoot introduces diners to duck meat prepared in a less common yet delightfully appetizing way. There’s also the Vietnamese Fried Rice, Braised River Prawns With Fish Sauce And Coconut Juice and Sautéed Chicken with Chili And Lemongrass.

Don’t stop there; the desserts are in line with the Vietnamese heritage—try the Sticky Rice And Taro Sweet Soup.

Authentic Flavours of Vietnam is available from June 3 to 19. S$38 (S$45 for dinner).
