Having established a presence with its scrumptious desserts and café specialties over the past 10 years, Bakerzin takes its game to another level with its 10th and latest branch at the newly opened shopping mall, myVillage at Serangoon Gardens.

For the first time, the Bakerzin brand will be offering European-inspired breads such as the daily-baked European breads such as Focaccia, Brioche, Baguette, Country Bread, Levain Bread, Raisin Bread, Walnut Bread and hand-made Ciabatta. Thinly sliced, lightly toasted and paired with some aged Gouda cheese, the Country Bread makes a tasty breakfast choice or teatime nibble, while the crusty Ciabatta is perfect for a homemade bruschetta.

The breads are made using the “Type 55” French whole wheat flour, which is traditionally used for baking authentic European loaves. It derives from the endosperm of the wheat grain and is lower in protein and gluten while containing more starch. It also has a distinct darker color, rendering an appetizing caramel-brownish hue to the breads. The artisan loaves are priced from S$3.50 to S$6.

There is also a wide selection of daily-baked sweet buns such as the popular favorite Cranberry Walnut Bun with Cream Cheese and Spicy Shrimp With Pork Floss. Danishes such as the Almond Croissant, Raisin Danish and Ham & Cheese Stick Danish are priced between S$1.50 to S$2.10. Everything is baked on premise daily.
