With a milky rich broth, the Tonkatsu Ramen features tender pork belly in Japanese Cha Shu sauce, half a braised egg with a perfectly runny centre and slivers of preserved bamboo shoots.
The Treasure Umani Ramen is served up with slices of fresh squid, prawns, pork, bamboo, mushrooms and vegetables in thick pork gravy.
Instead of the usual S$16.80, enjoy RamenPlay’s Miso Ramen Set Lunch at only S$10. Cooked in pork bone stock with premium miso, the ramen is accompanied by half a braised egg and spicy minced pork. There are other flavors as well, namely Tonkotsu Ramen, Spicy Tonkotsu Ramen (add S$1) and Treasure Umani Ramen—just add one additional topping (choose from braised egg, preserved bamboo shoots, bean sprouts and black fungus) and a beverage to enjoy this S$10 offer.
