Congratulations to Dr. AR Bernard, senior pastor of Christian Cultural Center, Brooklyn, NY, and CHC’s advisory chairman, on being named the second most influential African-American in New York. The list appeared in NY Daily News on Feb. 8, in celebration of Black History Month. Entertainer and activist Harry Belafonte topped the list, and others on the honor roll included musician Jay-Z, filmmaker Spike Lee and US Congresswoman, Yvette Clarke.
